Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verification requests may be submitted to the Registrar's Office in the following ways:

  1. Email the request to the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Phone in the request to the Registrar’s Office at 618.374.5100.
  3. Fax the request directly to the Registrar’s Office at 618.374.5105.
  4. Mail the request to: Registrar’s Office, Principia College, One Maybeck Place, Elsah, IL 62028
  5. If you are on campus and have a form that needs completing, bring it to the Registrar’s Office, located in the School of Government, Suite 118, just across from the Office of Admissions and Recruiting.

Requests are processed within one to three business days.

*Only non-confidential information can be included in verifications requested by these methods. Release of confidential academic information, including GPA, requires a signed request to be faxed, mailed, or brought to the Registrar’s Office.
