Campus Security
There’s only one main road on and off campus. You’ll always find a friendly security host stationed at the front gate to welcome guests and redirect those who are lost. Security hosts serve as practical and metaphysical “porters at the door.” They make regular rounds on campus and are never more than a phone call away for emergency needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Christian Science Care
Cox Cottage is the Christian Science Nursing Department for the College campus. It is open during the school term for College students seeking Christian Science healing. In addition, community members relying on Christian Science for healing may use the Cox Cottage Care Room. A Christian Science nurse based at Cox Cottage is available 24 hours a day for the campus during the school term. Additionally, a number of practitioners keep office hours in the practitioner's office on campus.
School of Nations Collections
The School of Nations Collections is a cultural resource center containing more than 10,000 cultural and historical artifacts. The collections, with objects dating as far back as 4000 B.C. and from most nations of the world, is housed partly at Principia College. Students and teachers have access to the collections for study and class projects.
