Discover all that Principia College has to offer at our Open House events from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. Begin your transformative journey with a captivating tour of our newly renovated School of Government, the McVay Performing Arts Center, and the Voney Art Studio. This is your opportunity to explore the spaces where students discover, create, collaborate, and flourish.

Later in the day, connect with our dedicated faculty and representatives from our Career Center, Library and Study Abroad Office. Engage in meaningful conversations about our academic programs, global opportunities, internships, performing and visual arts, athletics, student organizations, and the boundless possibilities that await. Throughout your visit, you'll experience our welcoming community spirit, including a shared lunch that brings our campus together. Your Open House experience will conclude around 3 P.M.

Meet with faculty and students from the Center for Business and Computer Science. Learn about our programs in business, computer science, and math. See how we help students build skills for innovation and develop a business mindset.

You're invited to come and participate in a student workshop on AI with David Gutelius, a Principia alum, serial entrepreneur, and data science executive. Among other things, David managed the foundational project for Siri and currently serves as the CEO of Motiva AI.

Chat with faculty and students from the Center for Sustainability, Ecology, and Chemistry. Discover our hands-on learning in the field and lab. Learn about scientific research, nature restoration projects, and campus green initiatives.

You're invited to participate in a Center for Ecology, Sustainability, and Chemistry info session followed by academic major themed events like exploring our bluff prairies and forests with Ecology and Ecosystems Management, experimenting in our Chemistry labs, upcycling with Sustainability, or viewing our Solar Car.

Open House

This Saturday Open House runs 10 AM to 2 PM, but you don't have to leave right away. You are welcome to attend the 2026 Dance Production. Dance Production is a compilation of student preformed and student choreographed dance numbers; you won't want to miss it.
