Why are we preparing a master plan?

  • Establish a decision making process to implement Principia’s Strategic Plan
  • Identify a critical path…what is the highest priority at this time?

What must be acted upon to transform Principia?

  • The plan should be clear and flexible…provide a 10 to 15 year vision of what the campus should be
  • Establish a coherent strategy to allocate resources
  • Reconsider the campus core…get back on plan
