Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verification requests may be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in the following ways:

  1. Email the request to the Registrar’s Office*
  2. Phone in the request to the Registrar’s Office* at 618.374.5100
  3. Fax the request directly to the Registrar’s Office 618.374.5105
  4. Mail the request to Registrar’s Office Principia College One Maybeck Place Elsah, IL 62028
  5. If you are on campus, bring the form that is requiring the verification of enrollment to the Registrar’s Office.

Requests are processed within one to three business days.

*Only non-confidential information can be included in verifications requested by these methods. Release of confidential academic information, including GPA, requires a signed request to be faxed, mailed, or brought to the Registrar’s Office.
