Dining Services is happy to provide some equipment to make your catered event run more smoothly. Please fill out the request form when you need a particular item. We ask that all equipment be returned immediately after an event unless other arrangements have been made. During our regular hours we will accept any returned equipment at either the counter in the basement or the kitchen area. When Dining Services is not open, please leave all equipment on the counter in the basement by the loading dock. If you are using our wait staff to cater your event they will take care of all the clean-up. Please specify on your order form if you would like Dining Services to pick up your equipment for a $10.00 service fee. There will be an additional charge for each piece of linen used.

If you are having an event on campus, you will be responsible for ordering tables from Facilities. Please complete a WebTMA (https://www.webtma.net/).
If you need linen for your event, please let us know on your order form. We have a selection to choose from and there will be a charge with the use of our linen.
What if you want to return unused food?
Food that is open and unwrapped can not be used again in Dining Services. If, however, you have cans of soda or juice that have not been used, they may be returned and a 20% restocking fee will be applied
Delivery and Pick Up
Delivery and pick up will cost $20.00.
This group is made up of college students and your respect for their schedules in relation to the time of the semester is appreciated. We are happy to provide workers to make your event run more smoothly.
