Sandy Tolan is an award-winning journalist who has reported from more than 30 countries, a public radio documentary producer, a teacher of international reporting and radio at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California–Berkeley, and author of two books including The Lemon Tree: An Arab, a Jew, and the Heart of the Middle East. The Christian Science Monitor wrote that “no novel could be more compelling,” and the Washington Post proclaimed it “extraordinary” and selected it as one of their top titles for 2006.
Tickets are $10.00 at the door for the general public and subject to available seating. The talk is free to Principia employees and students. No advance reservations are available.
