In order for the College to know who may receive information about your grades and academic progress, please complete the Student Grade Release Form.
- Immunization & Religious Accommodation Requirements
There are two options to meet Illinois' legal requirements for college attendance. You may submit proof of appropriate immunizations, or you may submit a signed Principia College Religious Accommodation Form. Please read the complete information here.
