Lunch can be served to your group in the Faculty/Staff Dining Room, the Guest House, the Dining Room, or in a Glassed in Dining Room. If you need lunch in a conference room or for a field trip we have lunch options that should meet your need.

A served dinner can be held in the Facult/Staff Diningroom, the Guest House and a Glassed-in Dining Room. The tables are set with linen and candles to create a more gracious atmosphere. Flowers and colored napkins are available at your request for an additional cost.
Most banquet dinners that Dining Services creates are for groups of 100-500. The banquet tables can be located in the Concourse, Upper Concourse, or Dining Room depending on the number of guests. Two flower arrangements and linen for the buffet table are included in your banquet price.
Coffee service is optional add $0.50 per person
