Please call us as soon as you know you are going to have an event so a date can be reserved.

Because catering is in big demand we need time to schedule our staff, order your food and be ready to make your event the best it can be ONE WEEK notice is required for all catering orders. This way our staff is not over scheduled, and all the things you may need are available.

If emergency (less than one-week notice) catering arises, and we can help you out there will be an additional cost. We also reserve the right to decline your order.

A new system that is being implemented will include a written request form for all catering. A copy of this form is located on this web site. We must have this completed form in order to process your request. Please fill out all the information needed -- particularly your name, extension and the billing number we will be charging. Please indicate the time of your event, and specifically the things you will need.
