Please e-mail the Catering Manager ( as soon as you know you are going to have an event so that a date can be reserved.

Because catering is in high demand, we need time to schedule our staff, order your food, and prepare to make your event the best it can be. At least two weeks notice is required for all catering orders. This way our staff is not overscheduled and all the things you may need are available.

If emergency (less than two weeks notice) catering arises, and we are able to assist you, there will be an additional cost of $5 or 10%, whichever is higher. We also reserve the right to decline your order.

Once a date has been reserved, please use the online catering form ( for your request. We must have this completed form in order to process your request. Please fill out all the information needed – particularly your name, extension, and the billing number we will be charging. Among other items, please indicate the time of your event, guest count, and specifically what you would like us to provide.

We are in the midst of updating the catering website. So, you may notice the form or other items changing. Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance filling out the form or using any other part of our website.

The Catering Department looks forward to a wonderful year of happy celebrations!

Thought is the most powerful thing in the world. It is the cause of all that is.
