Please e-mail the Catering Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you know you are going to have an event so a date can be reserved.
Because catering is in high demand, we need time to schedule our staff, order your food, and prepare to make your event the best it can be. At least two weeks notice is required for all catering orders. This way our staff is not overscheduled and all the things you may need are available.
If emergency (less than two weeks notice) catering arises, and we are able to assist you, there will be an additional cost of $5 or 10%, whichever is higher. We also reserve the right to decline your order.
Once a date has been reserved, please use the online catering form for your request. We must have this completed form in order to process your request. Please fill out all the information needed – particularly your name, extension, and the billing number we will be charging. Among other items, please indicate the time of your event, guest count, and specifically what you would like us to provide.
